  • 24/7 equipment maintenance
    (Service specifics governed by separate work orders)

3. User Obligations

You must:

  • Provide accurate equipment details for service requests

  • Obtain necessary permits for site access

  • Comply with Saudi Aramco safety protocols (if applicable)

4. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, reports, certifications) is owned by Al Othman T&C. Unauthorized use of:

  • API certification marks

  • ISO accreditation details

  • Technical manuals
    ...is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

  • Equipment Liability: We are not liable for pre-existing conditions undetectable during inspections

  • Calibration Validity: Certificates void if equipment is modified post-service

  • Third-Party Sites: Linked vendors (e.g., GE Digital) have independent terms

6. Saudi Legal Compliance

  • Governing Law: Saudi Arabia

  • Disputes resolved in Dammam courts

  • All prices in SAR (exclusive of 15% VAT)

7. Amendments

Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
